Tile Layout Planner

Calculate materials, optimize cutting layouts and estimate costs. Make every measurement count.

Your material plan

Enter your measurements to build a material plan.

Supported layouts are rectangular straight grids and half-offset alternate rows. Changing orientation rotates the module, not the room. Edge pieces are highlighted and counted, but reuse between positions is not optimized. Diagonal, herringbone and irregular room geometries are intentionally outside the implemented layout model.

Calculation method

(x, y, w, h) ∩ (W − 2e, H − 2e)

Measure. Calculate. Build.

  1. Use actual dimensions and split complex rooms into rectangles.
  2. Allow for cuts, joints and package sizes. Compare stock formats.
  3. Combine your results in a shopping list you can save and print.
